We do not collect personal information about students or children. ImageHound only processes image data from videos for pose-matching and photo selection, and does not identify or track individuals.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and improve ImageHound services
• Provide support and respond to user inquiries
• Improve system performance, training, and matching accuracy
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect all data processed through our platform. Uploaded video and image data is encrypted during transfer and stored securely in the cloud for limited durations necessary to complete image extraction and delivery.

We do not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties, except as required by law or with service providers strictly necessary to operate ImageHound (such as secure cloud storage providers under binding confidentiality agreements).

ImageHound is designed to process data from devices, not individuals. It is compliant with COPPA and FERPA guidelines. No child’s name, biometric data, or identifiable information is stored or required by our system.
